Can I customize my cookie box?
With the Build Your Own Box feature, you can ship a selection of classic Cookie Cookie Ice Cream cookies with exactly what you want inside.
The Cookies That Care subscription box is carefully curated by our team each month and does not have customization.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime—no hard feelings! Once your last box has shipped, you won't be billed again. We're grateful for the time we got to share cookies with you.
Do you offer personalized messages?
We are delighted to include a note with any single-box order or the first box of a gift subscription. Choose one of our pre-written messages or include your own, and we'll hand-write it in a personalized card with your order.
Can I place a bulk order for events or corporate gifts?
Please email us for options, including bulk pricing and customization options. We love being part of special celebrations, and we approach each one from scratch to make sure we fit your needs.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
The Cookies That Care subscription box ships during the third week of each month. If you want to delay a shipment we can pause that month and resume when you're ready.
Any single-box purchases can be shipped for specific scheduled dates, just give us a call when you place your order.
Are there any allergen warnings?
Our cookies are baked in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, and wheat. We do our best to avoid cross contamination and always make flavors without major allergens on clean equipment before producing the flavors with them, but the equipment is shared. Please reach out if you need more information - your safety is important to us and we are happy to expand on any answers.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer both delivery and pickup anywhere in the Pittsburgh area.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental U.S. using UPS, USPS, and FedEx - If you'd like your box to go further than that, please give us a call before placing your order, we would love to work with you to arrange your shipment.
How should I store my cookies?
Our cookies are preservative-free and ship in sealed airtight packaging. At room temperature in the original packaging, they will remain fresh and delicious for about a week (but we understand if they don't last that long). For longer storage, place in an airtight container in the original packaging and freeze for up to 3 months, then thaw either at room temperature for a few hours, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 4-5 minutes, or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
What about the rest of the box?
All of the inclusions in the box are chosen with room temperature storage in mind for shipping - some products may have further instructions on their packaging for storage after opening.
